Self-Service Business Process Management
 
ESSential Business System is a modular approach to develop comprehensive suite of Self-Service applications for employees, customers and business partners. Self-service applications composed of the mission critical Business Process Management (BPM) or operational Business Process Automation (BPA). It can be deployed within Intranet as Employee Self-Service (ESS), or be implemented in Extranet for Customer Self-Service (CSS) or Vendor Self-Service (VSS).
 
For example, an employee can raise a Material & Service Request (MSR), upon management approval, it routed to purchase department as eProcurement to invite pre-approved vendors for online bidding or proposal (RFI, RFQ, RFP). So ESSential is designed to integrate seamlessly from internal to external parties. ESSential may also be integrated with HRMS and ERP to manage user profile and cost centers.
